Ghost note is drenched in the flavors and aromas of cocoa, caramel and green apple notes. This coffee provides hidden complexity and rhythm. Like its name, the flavor notes of this light roast are subtle yet spirited. That’s the beauty of the “Ghost” note.
Origin Story
The Primavera Family lot is a coffee brand made up of a group of small-scale producers from the Huehuetenango region. Our partners at Primavera Coffee curate a regional blend that focuses on small producers so that they have access to better prices and can then invest in their own farms and wet mills. All coffees in this lot scored 84-85 points and represent a classic, balanced Huehue profile.
