We are the first and only solar-powered coffee roasting facility in Houston. We regularly donate our time and products to nonprofit organizations and causes, both locally and across the country. We are a certified diverse, socially-conscious, and environmentally-supportive supplier.

Inclusive Excellence

Coffee is one of the world’s most consumed beverages. It is globally unifying, much like our other love—jazz music. Both jazz and coffee are appreciated widely across all demographics and can resonate with individuals from all walks of life. We make “specialty” coffee more inclusive and accessible to everyone in the way that jazz music was made more accessible to the masses.
Looking at the history of vinyl recordings as an analogy, that was one of the first means of bringing aspects of a live music set/jazz club into the home. This allowed for wider audiences to enjoy the sounds of the time. We intend to do the same with our coffee. Our range of products cater to a range of palates and connect with not only the occasional consumer but also the connoisseur.

We celebrate and support creativity and innovation in all forms, but notably the arts and sciences. Coffee roasting represents both of these disciplines. With our company being named for the trumpet and the complex creations that can be made from just 3 keys, we do things differently than the rest. The “Three Keys” way is to positively disrupt the traditional coffee industry by developing new ways to create and share exceptional coffee, akin to the artistic freedom and creativity of creating music.
