This blend is for those of you that are like us and enjoy coffee throughout all hours of the day. When you need that continued low burn of energy to finish that project or knock out some homework, this Lofi blend can help keep you humming along all day. Headphones and cat advised but not necessary.
The blend is an ensemble of two distinct coffees, starting with a natural processed coffee from Rwanda.
The cherries selected for this lot are collected at altitudes between 1700 m and 2100 m. These beans dried on raised African beds for 25-30 days. The processing at the washing station is carried out by young coffee farmers and the sorting on tables by more experienced coffee farmers, mainly women, providing them an opportunity to earn more income.
The second component is a Central American blend that is decaffeinated through a proprietary processes called the "Swiss Water Process".
