LA CAMPA RESERVA
Notes: Milk chocolate, berries, citrus, caramel
Region: Lempira
Altitude: 1,100–1,600 masl
Process: Washed, dried on patios and raised beds
The silky body and bright acidity of this varietal are reminiscent of the silky yet bright sound of brass horns playing the blues. Think "West End Blues" by Louis Armstrong. Similarly, this bean is sourced from a region with high altitudes and lower temperatures, producing a slow-maturing fruit and denser bean with mellow, vivid notes. This roast has both depth and range.
